SupportLinc is a confidential emotional wellbeing and work-life balance resource to keep you and your spouse/domestic partner, dependents and other household members at your best. Employees and household members may receive up to six (6) free sessions per member, per issue, per year.

- In-the-moment clinical support. A licensed clinician answers 24/7/365 when you call for assistance with work-related pressures, depression, stress, anxiety, grief, relationships, substance abuse or other concerns. Your Care Advocate can help you find a good fit clinician as well within less than a week’s time.
- Short-term counseling sessions. You and your household members can receive up to six (6) counseling sessions, in-person or via video.
- Free legal and financial consultation with a professional and access to knowledgeable specialists who can help with convenience resources.
- Support at your fingertips with digital technology including a robust web portal, the eConnect® mobile app, Textcoach® text therapy, video and web-based counseling, the Animo self-guided behavioral health platform, community virtual support and anonymous chat-based group support sessions.
- Personalized digital guidance with the Mental Health Navigator. Complete a short assessment and receive personalized guidance for accessing SupportLinc program support and resources.
