Support with Maven – Stanley Black & Decker has recently partnered with Maven to provide on-demand reproductive and family health support to Stanley Black & Decker employees and their partners enrolled on the Cigna medical plan. Maven is committed to making all paths to parenthood accessible for members by providing inclusive support with specialized providers like surrogacy, adoption, and egg donor coaches, mental health providers, fertility specialists, and more. Maven’s dedicated Care Advocates can provide referrals to top-rated, LGBTQIA+ -friendly adoption agencies, fertility clinics, and in-person providers in your area. Plus, you can use Maven to book on-demand appointments with providers across more than 35 specialties at any time day or night. This benefit is being offered on a pilot basis, for 18 months, through June 30, 2025.
