Full-time associates are eligible to apply for educational assistance if they have at least one year’s service with the Company.
The program reimburses certain costs associated with approved courses, programs and degrees. Courses must be related to your current job and be pursued outside of working hours at an accredited college, university, technical or business school, or through an accredited online, at-home, or correspondence program. Additionally, courses are subject to approval by your manager and Human Resources.
Participants will be reimbursed based on the level of course taken and the grade received for the course.
- Grade of A, B, C or Pass = 100% reimbursement of eligible expenses
- Grade of D or Fail = No Reimbursement
The maximum amount that any associate is eligible to receive through this program in any calendar year is $5,250. If you leave the Company within two years of receiving educational assistance through this program, you will be responsible for refunding the Company all money reimbursed to you.
